At Farmchop., we celebrate cultures through the universal language of food. Our work is rooted in bringing people together by honouring the diverse traditions, practices, and values that shape how food is raised, prepared, and shared.

We focus on offering Alberta-raised goats, lambs, and beef, along with farm-based processing services designed for households that value transparency and connection to their food. By working closely with local farms, we support our Alberta community while providing access to responsibly raised animals.

Farmchop is designed for individuals and families who prefer a more hands-on approach. Customers may book ahead to process their own animal at our DIY area, or reserve mobile on-farm processing services, all provided in accordance with Alberta regulations and intended for personal household use only.

Our approach is simple: respect the animal, respect the process, and respect the traditions that food carries. We believe food should feel personal — not industrial — and that people deserve the ability to engage with it in a way that reflects their values and upbringing
